Mawson Health & Fitness first opened it’s doors on June 3rd, 2002 by local businessman Trevor Mawson.  Trevor was driven by his love of fitness and desire to operate a first class facility.

Since then we have expanded and renovated to keep up the steady growth and success of our club to the current size of 21,000 square feet.  And even though our club is quite large, we have the reputation of being extremely friendly and cozy.

Our Beautiful club encompasses a state of the art cardio and resistance training area with a huge variety of equipment to accommodate everyone.  Also, we are the leaders in group fitness bringing you the best and most current programs in our four awesome studios.  All this and more in an immaculately clean and friendly atmosphere.
